Seems like this location has mixed reviews. The few times Ive stopped by customer service has been helpful and friendly. I was able to make an online exchange and get a pair of leggings hemmed no problem. Pretty easy to get everything Lululemon here.

The Pasadena store is absolutely amazing! Its in the perfect location, and each and every one of the sales representatives is knowledgeable, welcoming, and fun! But I got a complaint about the align leggings: please bring back the original align from 4 to 5 years ago. This new version is horrible. It is very wide in the ankle area, regardless, of which length you buy. I have thin ankles and it in every upgrade of the align leggings that you do just makes the leg opening wider and wider. Its leggings, not flared pants. The seam on the glutes and the waist area gets lower and lower. While the band wider and wider. It doesnt look flattering at all, it is not comfortable to work out in them and this is just so disappointing when the seam cuts your glute in half! We know you all claim that this is an improvement but this is a downfall. Please read your reviews on Reddit. Every Lululemon supporter that helped you grow the company from years ago says that the new leggings are horrendous. You can now get better ones on Amazon for $20. Stop changing the leggings everyone loved. Or at least stop naming a cheaper version that is much worse the same name as the original align leggings. Bring back the align OG - weve all had it!

This has to be the worst Lululemon I have ever been to. Today I went to go and exchange my Lululemon leggings because they had bad peeling, as well as a Lululemon align shirt I had bought. They are both about a year old, Ive taken care of them but the peeling never stopped. I wash on cold, air dry them, and remove the peeling constantly with my own machine but its just not working. The one thing I love about lulu is the quality promise. If im spending 120$ on a pair of leggings, and 70$ on a shirt, Id hope the quality promise which is the reason I have been such a loyal customer to Lululemon would have been fulfilled. I had the rudest guy assist me and look my items up and down to make sure they were authentic, it seemed as if he was profiling me off my looks because I wasnt dressed to impress today, and obviously I understand, with the whole scamming thing going on. However I had given him my email to look it up, and still then he was treating me very poorly, with a horrible attitude. It was a male about 58 to 510, longer hair and brown skin, kind of Hispanic looking. My point is I would have figured a place Ive been shopping at so long, and spend so much on would have been a little nicer, even if he told me he cant take them he did not have to treat me as if Im less. Im not even upset on the fact they did not let me exchange my items. Its the rude attitude that he had, and how he felt the need to belittle me in a way. I had proof I purchased them. Yet had this poor behavior which makes the whole place look bad. Ive never dealt with this at any Lululemon location, but definitely will not be going back. Pay attention to who your hiring lulu because no person who has a nasty negative attitude should be working for a multi-billion dollar company.

My wife and I are big fans of Lululemon, and have been for the past five years. In fact it makes up about 99% of our workout attire and with their new addition of every day clothes it is starting to make up at least half of my every day wardrobe also. One of the reasons we like them so much what is their exchange/return policy they were extremely accommodating and understanding and its great for a couple like us who make it a hobby when it comes to losing receipts lol. They have changed their policy in the past few months, which is completely understandable because of all of the retail fraud that unfortunately goes on. However thats no excuse to be treated poorly. Not only have my wife and I noticed a huge difference in the attitude of a few workers, but mainly when it comes to the managers/GMs of a few stores. This Pasadena store in particular is a prime example of how customer service has gone completely down the toilet even when youre shelling out a couple hundred dollars for a workout shirt. I dont know if the lady who a lot of people have had complaints about is the GM of this store/owner or if shes just a manager Im not going to put her name out there. She is Caucasian and extremely tall and if youve ever been in a lululemon, youll know thats not really narrowing it down. In the past this is never been an issue but like I said, they have kind of tighten up the return policy, which is quite understandable and they dont ask of anything outrageous. I dont think so. You just have to have a valid ID if you dont have a receipt. Again, which is fine with me, and I am more than happy to oblige, but for some reason whoever has been helping or waiting on me, they have been doing a great job until a question rises, and they have to assess manager to come over for help. She has given me the third degree every time on how the clothes were bought. What did I do with the receipt? Can I provide a new receipt and so on and so forth but its not just the questions that bother me its her overall demeanor and tone. She comes across as extremely judgmental and makes it seem like she wants you to know that she doesnt believe a word you were saying. This last incident really annoyed me because it just didnt make any sense. I was trying to return two items I had my valid ID, which the nice woman at the counter took to scan (keep in mind. I have return clothes here using the same team before and its never been an issue.) for whatever reason my ID was not scanning so she called over the manager to see if she could help out in any way. The manager was basically saying there is nothing she could do and there is nothing that she was going to try to do she didnt ask me to please gather up my belongings and leave the store, I asked her would it be OK if my wife came in with her ID and did the return since they werent my clothes even in the first place I was returning them on my wifes behalf. This is when I realize that she not only had no intention of making the return happen, but she was going to make sure that I knew that for whatever reason she did it think I was telling the truth. She then flat out told me no Im sorry we cant do that. In this case youre the only one who can come in and do the return it Hass to be you and your ID. In what world does that even make sense like I said, these were my wifes clothes to begin with I was doing her a favor by returning them for her and for whatever reason the manager that only wasnt going to try and help me get these clothes returned while I was in there, but she said it was unacceptable for my wife to come in with a valid ID and do the same thing I was trying to do in return the clothes stuff, like this is becoming more frequent at this, Lululemon in particular, as well as the one in Malibu, and the one in El Segundo. If you were going to go to lululemon yourself a favor and dont bother going to any of those locations unless you want to feel like youre being accused of being a thief and a liar for some reason.
