If you use Michelle to stage your home, you run a very high risk of contracting immediate seller's remorse. She made our outdated fixer look chic, homey, and most importantly, move-in ready. Her taste is incredible, the quality of furnishings brought into our home was top-notch, and her general design sense is second-to-none. If you're on the fence about using a home stager, especially in a strong seller's market, you shouldn't be. Our home (which was, honestly, kinda busted) sold for well above asking, and I know it's in a large part due to Michelle's incredible staging. I know we made back every dollar we spent on staging, and then some. Beyond staging, Michelle also guided us on tough decisions in terms of what to fix up before listing our home, often talking us *out* of spending money where we otherwise would have. She has a knack for knowing what buyers are looking for and what moves houses, quickly. Our poor bedraggled home sold in less than a week. We blinked and we were in escrow. So yeah, don't leave money on the table, use Michelle to stage your home.

My sellers were a little reluctant when I suggested staging their recently remodeled home. Once convinced, I contacted Michelle at Moving Mountains Design. She and her team did an amazing job! Every prospective buyer commented on the beautiful furnishings. As a result, we had multiple offers within the first week and the property sold for well over asking price. This is the second time I have used Moving Mountains Design Michelle has the vision to stage and make the house look so inviting. The crew comes in and gets the job done professionally and quickly. I would definitely use them again.
