Joshua Chao and his team were such a pleasure to work with. The entire team is extremely professional and go out of their way to ensure all of your questions and concerns are answered in a timely manor. Their process is solid. After the initial meeting with Joshua, my wife and I felt very confident working with him and the team. After putting our house on the market, we had offers coming in within the first week and accepted an offer only being on the market for nine days. The offer we accepted was near full asking price (below 1% difference). It was an easy 30 day escrow and we closed on time. The best part is Joshua Chao's office saved us a massive amount of money ($14,000) because of their low flat fee. I would highly recommend everyone to use their service when selling your home.
