Was there for 4 days last week and experience was fantastic. Unfortunately I had to deal with the onsite manager for check in today and she was interrogating me like I was there to steal or squat an office space. I told her I should have at least another day to use from my membership quota but it was charging me to use it. She told me to pull up my history on my app and it shows I only booked 2 out of the 5 days for my quota. I was honest with her and I said I should be at least 4 days. She couldn't even look up my account properly at her end and we've been back and forth for about 30 minutes with no resolution. She was unable to explain or help with my account, and just wasted my time. Definitely not going back to this location.

This space is part of the Regus network. The Regus network promises a membership that grants you access to this space but actually charges extra. All calls to Regus customer service refused any help. The team at the front desk noted when we checked in that we had a membership but something was weird on the account and to call customer service. We were lied to by Regus. Their membership has many restrictions, which their sales people do not tell you. They sell you on something just to close their sale and customer service is unwilling to help. We were in a month to month membership and they wanted to charge us for a full year when we tried to cancel everything. Beware! *** I have continued to follow up. Every time I call customer service, they say they can't help without me talking to my sales rep. I don't have a sales rep. The whole thing is getting worse. I am getting collections calls now. Every time I ask who I can talk to about resolving the situation, nobody knows. The collections calls are happening because my credit card company was able to reverse the charges. They looked at everything and realized Regus has misrepresented themselves. I have no recourse but to continue to post reviews on Regus pages.
