The old receptionist Barbara was biased and hostile the minute I walked in. Her supervisor Jeannette was unprofessional and prejudiced in handling the complaint, twisted things around and attached me over the phone. Operations and communications are broken at this place. CT technician Jennifer was disorganized and not capable to take down the info. Knowning I suffer from severe daily migraine, she intentionally did not tell me she didn’t have earplugs until she had me lay down when I requested the third time. When it was over, I was covering the left side of head due to shooting headache. I was so weak that I could barely walk. Then Jennifer looked worried and walked me out. I am going to open systems next time where both receptionist and technician are nice.

I was very diappointed on the lack of details provided in their report. I have had 3 other ultrasounds for the pain and problems I was having over the past 5 years. This one had little to no detail it was a waste of my time i would not trust this place with my future medical concerns.
