        I needed extra keys made and waited minutes if not seconds! Very friendly and quick service. if you live in the area and need craftsmen or more classic door hardware, they also have minimal but a nice selection. It's really in "Pasadena", in the building on the northwest corner of Lake Ave. and Washington Blvd.
