I contacted Lenkin design via email and by phone weeks ago, however no one has returned any of my messages. This is definitely a well known company and their designs seem to be attractive. However, there is something to be said about their lack of customers' support. Assuming that they have too many jobs to be concern with my project, it is still expected of them to reply and decline my request for an estimate. After waiting in vain for a response I must conclude that their acquired notoriety came with a directly proportional loss of politeness and professionalism ...... very disappointing
