I dont know were to start . I have been with State Farm for a couple years . I am extremely happy and satisfied with the excellent services I have received . I would rate them a10 . Special Kudos to my Agent Melissa , she is very caring and supportive for her customers , she has gone above and beyond to help me in time in need, always following up with me . The response time is phenomenal and always does her best to help me with all my questions and what is best for me and my budget . Melissa really does care for her customers . The whole team at this location as well have been awesome! . I recommend them 100% . One of the best Agents I had in the last few years. Nadine is one of the best in the L.A area. She does everything possible for you to be in the best hands and get the best rate in insurance. I had my renewal and my price went up and I call the office for an explanation. Isidro and Tatevik helped me out understand the reason and the rate increase State Farm is having. Unfortunately every insurance is having the same issue if you ask me. I still recommend State Farm and Nadines office because they are the best.
