        App said wait time was 40 minutes. I got there, checked in on the kiosk, sat down, and A MINUTE later was called in. Fastest urgent care ever. Not sure if it was just a good day though

        10. From check in to walking out the door I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Vartanian was amazing in caring for me. My experience in both the lab and the pharmacy were quick and thorough. Honestly, I left thinking that this was one of my best experiences at a Kaiser facility.

        Dr. Monica B. Casoliva Provided knowledgeable care and took the time to address all my many questions and concerns. She is very kind and respectful, and makes patients feel understood. Her nurse, Bernice truly honors the "nice" in her name. She knew I was in pain and did everything possible to help me feel comfortable. Thank you to both!
