I've been here a few years ago and had good service. I went back to get some fireplace items and found them closed at a time they were supposed to be open.

Highly Recommend! We contacted them for a gas fire log replacement! Excellent response offering next day appointment. Armenchk the installer completed the job in about 20 minutes. When you go to purchase they are very nice and helpful. He stated someone would come out and measure. I had measurements and photos.  They of course ask for a deposit. Then it doesn't take two weeks, they don't call. You have to call to get a delivery date, though they said they would call in two weeks. They called 30 minutes before coming to install. It doesn't fit well. Installer becomes impatient, he says no one is going to check the fireplace screen that closely. They called me to collect the rest of the money, I told him I wasn't happy with the fireplace screen. Paying over $1000 for a screen that doesn't fit well, it's ridiculous. But of course he didn't offer to fix it. He just wanted the money. Paid him, would never recommend this place.
