Do NOT take your business to the Figari law firm. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BARBARA FIGARI. I will be reporting her and this scam she is running. I contacted her after I was wrongfully terminated and strung along for months until my case was dead and she had done absolutely nothing. She treated me like I was insane for thinking she was taking on my case after we had multiple conversations in which she agreed to file a complaint on my behalf. She was ruin your case and your time. Both of my parents are attorneys (not in employment law) and would never begin to treat clients the way she does. Do not make the terrrible mistake of calling this firm. I hope her license is revoked because she is a fraud.

I made the terrible mistake of hiring Barbara Figari as my lawyer. I was fooled by her website and slick intro video. After hiring her, I had a two year ordeal that ended in a nightmare. I had to chase her for two years to get my case done. She lost my paperwork several times. There was no communication between her and I until the end of my case. She took many other cases and put me on the back burner for over a year! During my trial I had to turn over critical documents several times due to things being lost by her and her staff. At my deposition, she told me I was doing great and we made a game plan for mediation. During my mediation when we had the opportunity to reach maximum remuneration, Barbara did not show up at all, and sent a representative who knew nothing about my case at all. The mediator even questioned why my lawyer wasn't there? Barbara had a meeting with the mediator on her own and changed the whole course of my case without notifying me or the person she sent to fill in for her. A case that could have highly compensated me for wrongful termination, and other damages, was minimized because of her law firms incompetence. To add insult to injury, she took the majority of the settlement that was downgraded due to her gross negligence of professionalism. Then I had to chase her for another two months before I received the settlement that was agreed to be paid in 10 days, because they did not supply the right paperwork to the defendant on time. The goal of writing this review is to save any reader from having to endure the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss that I suffered by choosing the wrong Lawfirm to represent me. Figari Law Firm is a disaster, and I should have know that because they changed locations to 3 different offices during my case. In the end they charged me for services they did not render. They were totally unprofessional in every stage of my case. And they might have been working for the other team because they are the true winners in my case. FYI ~ Victim of Figari Law Firm

Do not believe the stereotypes! I have first hand experience that an attorney and a law firm can be the kindest and most helpful people you meet! Barbara and her team have been compassionate and aggressive in making sure that justice was taken care of in my case! I will recommend the Figari Law 100 times over!

Barbara and her team have worked incredibly hard to help me and improve my circumstances in the ways that they could. I could not suggest that anybody hire any other employment law firms because I could not imagine a more hardworking firm and attorney.
