Nice waiting room, friendly receptionist and only waited maybe 10 mins for my appointment. The dental assistant took x-rays and was polite. Then the dental hygienist was thorough yet quick and made sure to get all my tough spots cleaned so I appreciated that. Nothing bad about my experience!

Bad, broken equipment, took way too long, dentist was rude, painful visit. Mostly just power washed my teeth rather than using the tools to clean them. It hurt.

I had to wait an hour and a half after my appointment time to see the dentist. She said I had 3 cavities but she did not have time to fill them or clean my teeth because she had to leave for lunch. Instead I made an appointment with another dentist, who said I had no cavities. This makes me very suspicious of Fair Oaks' diagnosis that I had 3 cavities.

Not worth the time and money. You feel like you were in the car dealer company. The doctor will come and go to your room and give you five minutes to make a decision based on the information who knows where she got it.

I am giving one star after multiple errors occurring here. There have been issues with billing and refunds. And most problematic has been the multiple errors in appointments. Like most anyone who works, to get to an appointment I have to move around my whole day to get in. Even though I had my appointment card and they had clearly made an error, they wouldnt find time to fit me in for months. Why should my teeth suffer because they cannot do basic scheduling. Cleanings were not ideal, dentist reviewed or even very friendly anyhow. So good riddance.
