My sister got a DUI and we found a looked up a few attorneys on google so we met with them all. Before I hired one I was referred to Mark Khalaf. I was told he was THE guy for DUIs. I did research on him and learned he is always asked to give lectures on DUI law to other attorneys and even hosts a DUI conference in Palm Springs every year. We met with Mr Khalaf and immediately saw he knows so much more than all the other attorneys we met with. He was truly specialist in DUI and you could immediately see that. He was very honest and informative. He also said that my sister had a high blood level and that it could be an uphill battle - I really appreciated his honesty. We hired him on the spot. The case took several months, but he ended up filing a motion (not sure what it was) to challenge the blood draw. As a result of that motion he was able to get her dui dismissed and negotiated a reckless driving. We are so happy with his representation and we appreciate him and his paralegal Lorena so much! Before you hire anyone, please do yourself a favor and at least meet with Mark - I assure you you will immediately see the difference in knowledge from him and everyone else you meet with. I was working with a top lawyer on AVVO but they were not performing at all, someone else recommended me to move over my DUI case with Mark Khalaf. He is an outstanding lawyer!!! I was charged with a DUI and a driver license suspension. He fought for me every step of the way and I've got it reduced to a wet instead. Also, he won my DMV hearing which was the most challenging part of my case. He is an expert on DUI's with a license suspension, I believe that hes one out of a hundred lawyers that can help you win a DUI with a license suspension or a case that other lawyers might overlook and give you no hope at all. Also, Lorena his assistant is wonderful, she's helped me greatly to answer a ton of questions and they answered my calls every single time! I am so happy that I made the decision to move over my DUI case with Mark Khalaf and his team, it was a life saving decision for my driving record to move over my case! A family member used Mark Khalaf for his issue and referred me to him when I had a private incident happen. I hired Mark and he really helped me out. The knowledge he has and the attention he and his assistant Lorena gave me was outstanding. I highly recommend this law firm.

The best lawyers in LA ! Mark helped me when I was at my lowest with a second DUI. I was scared for my future and felt ashamed of the mess I had gotten myself into for the SECOND TIME; however, he assured me everything would be okay, and he kept that promise. He literally took care of everything. He connected me with an sr-22 insurance company, a breathalyzer company and all i had to do was show up to court. He beat the DMV which allowed me to keep my license (thank God) and on top of that he was able to get me out of jail time even tho a second DUI means mandatory jail time. Not only that but he was able to ask the judge for my community service to be served volunteering at a non profit as opposed to paying to do community service for the city. Lorena, Marks paralegal, was also a dream to work with. She was always so helpful and always in a great mood. She recently called me to remind me about a payment that was due soon and that call saved me a headache. I appreciate Mark and Lorena for all the help and support they provided me. For getting me out of this nightmare and propelling me to a better version of me. Thank you for helping me keep my normal life. Yall are the best!
