        Completely dissatisfied with the service department. I had to argue with upper management to get my issues resolved. I have met good people here, but I think this dealer still has some things to change. I give management 5 for resolving my issue. Also, this dealer has dealer add-ons, which one must purchase when buying a new car. I have discovered that there are other dealerships willing to sell the same car with no dealer add-ons. For that reason, I would recommend a different dealer when buying a new car.
