Immediate Care Medical Center - Paradise

Went in to get medical attention for my daughter they do not accept medi-cal so I told them I would just pay out of pocket and they would not allow that either. We got turned away... my child needed medical attention and get got turned away..

The new renovation is really nice. I got in very promptly. The staff is terrific. The waiting room is very clean and warm. I was seen, diagnosed and cared for in a very timely manner. I highly recommend you let these awesome people care for you. I do think their scale lies though 😆

Some overweight Girl at the desk was very rude and it would seem very incompetent. They had my home number wrong...so I gave them the right number, several times...and they still don't have the right number. I originally went in for a large lump in my abdomen and was suppose to receive a referral to an obgyn but never heard back probably because they are still calling the wrong number. I still have the lump, no insurance, and no referral. I don't think these people are trying to help anyone, just collect a paycheck.....sad.
