CVS pharmacy

The pharmacy staff has been very helpful and perservering with getting complicated issues resolved with our prescriptions. Employees will show you where products are located and are always friendly.

Went in to get my mothers medication and was told to wait fifteen minutes for it to be ready. I come back about 20 minutes later and literally end up waiting in the store for 2 hours and still didn't end up getting it. Don't ever come to this one if you need medication for family members that are in need of their medication before their massive brain surgery. Can't believe I wasted 2 hours of my day at this place, never again coming here.

Worse pharmacy i have ever been to .i have been trying to get my insulin for about 4 mts.they never are on the same page with my dr and always mess up my prescription.either i get the wrong thing or a partial.many times they tell me they are out of stock and dont have what the dr prescribed.every pharmacy ive been to prior are usually pretty quick with getting the prescription ready.this pharmacy takes days to get iteverytime..even when i tell them i am out of insulin i need it that day they seem to not care.they never want to help. Until yesterday ive alwaysnkept a good attitude with them .but vice versa it is the other way around.during this dilema they have been totally rude.without reason either .just because they had to put a little effort in on their end they took it out on me .so i would rate this in the negative margin if i could .cobblestone was awesome they would lend me the insulin until i had insurance just on my word i was getting it handled ..thats all i have to say i suppose

I've experienced poor service, I liked CVS in Chico but have had issues since moving to Paradise.

They are pretty good at prescriptions, all the pharmacists care, put your complaints to CVS policies!!
