I waited to write since taking business elsewhere is better. I had brakes done months ago at Sinclairs, They would stop better but always had a low speed squeal missing in the original equipment brakes. Once at a Chico tire business, a supervisor questioned: You had brakes replaced recently and offered a report on it. I didn't follow through for the reasons in the first sentence above. I did earlier suspension work at Sinclair's and was okay yet Tom ignores my 'can i look at used parts box' even though CA allows with our Auto Repair Agency. Having both inside bays cluttered with 'stuff' instead of letting the poor Mechanic and his Son work in the weather proves the Owner doesn't realize how hard it is to hire and keep good employees, while the Winter of 2024 has rained enough so families should keep an Ark ready for biblical flooding. A generator would be more practical. He asked to keep my vehicle overnight after a Skyway test drive did not make loud brake noise heard over traffic noise. At this point my trust was missing with Sinclair's but family automotive businesses will compete and change or retire businesses relying on traditions instead making newer customers I hope Tom gets the message because he's a fire survivor. Not rebuilding from that broken down 60 y.o. gas station into a new shop is a sad decision. M.C. 2-22-24 Paradise CA. 95969...
