I needed a battery jump and I was scheduled the same day. I got a call an hour before my appointment. Mr Rovy was able to jump the car right up no problems.  Very professional business I will definitely use them again in the future.

Car troubles are never fun. I had to have my Jeep grand Cherokee towed from an auto repair shop to the dealership due to the shop's unknown inability to make the repair on my car. I called First Call Towing and he told me he would be available in one hour. Exactly one hour later on the dot, Rovy came and picked me and my Jeep up. From the beginning, Rovy was very honest and even gave advise on how to proceed with my car issues at the dealership and other auto shops. Throughout the 30 minute car ride, Rovy was very kind and a pleasure to talk to. I really appreciated that he was promptly on time for pickup also. First call towing truly cares about the customer experience. Thank you! I really recommend Rovy and his company for all your car rescue needs!
