Old Republic Title

Horrible experience to work with them.1. When I tried to use two loaner companies which are BOA from myself and loan agent from my buyer agent recommendation which just in case BOA cannot close on time. Donna, my case owner in the title company, is rude and keeps telling me she has extra work that needs to be done if I choose to run two loaners. My other loan agent needs to get all my info from the BOA agent but not Donna. However, in the final document, Donna still charges me loan fee-in fee of 325 USD for dealing with more than 1 loaner. NO, SHE ONLY COMPLAINS BUT DO NOTHING.2. Charged me with an overnight service fee of 20 dollars for no reason. I called and asked them to explain, but different people gave me different reasons. I consider it is just because they want more money to have this fee.3. Pre-tax fee for one year. Why do I need to pay my tax from 11/10/21 to 07/01/22 on 11/8, it is not reasonable. But they charge me around 15,000 USD in advance but no interest. These actions steal my interest and my money freedom. 4. The homeowners policy of title insurance to the old republic title company is insanely high. It is 3316 USD.  My apartment which I bought one year ago only charges me less than 600 USD but the house cost only 3 times more than my old apartment but the title insurance is 6 times more than my old apartment.
