The most unprofessional horrible place don't ever go here Jennifer the office manager is an arrogant over powered evil person who wishes to yell at her patients and treat them like kids they over speak on you they lie they are a mess of an office, for 3 months I tried to have my appointment but over 10 times they failed to either call me on my telemed appointment or they would cancel on me waisted my time lost my labs so many times they speak bad about other offices putting blame on them for them not doing their job right stay away from this place I will also be calling better business bureau and medical and Medicare to put complaints on them

Today was my grandfather's last day of radiation therapy for both his bladder and prostate cancer! He hit the gong that everybody hits and received a certificate for completing therapy! My grandfather usually does not like going to hospitals and seeing doctors, but he always looked forward to his appointments at Dr. Yuchi P. Peng's office. This is because the office was always clean, the staff always greeted him so sweetly, his therapy sessions were both brief (around 5 minutes) and effective, and Dr. Peng went above and beyond making sure my grandfather was taken care of. The way Dr. Peng explains things reminds me of what a teacher does when teaching a new subject to his/her/their students. There was never a time when I was unclear about a certain matter because Dr. Peng was so good at answering all my questions and concerns. Believe me when I tell you this place is a state of the art cancer treatment center and has all the tools that top hospitals like at UCLA and Stanford have.

Please do not ever go here if you have cancer specifically lung cancer my mom said she would have a round 6 months to a year with treatment to make her more comfortable I had called a hundred times literally a hundred times and just kept getting put off and told by nurses to call back later or that the doctor will give me a call which never happened because I was seriously worried about my mom's condition and how would deteriorate and very rapidly the reason being she had CO2 poisoning from her not being able to breathe properly because of the masses in her lungs. But I did not know because nobody informed me that she was getting too much oxygen from her oxygen tank that she was put on by the doctor. Nobody taught us how to regulate the oxygen nobody informed us that she could possibly get COPD and have CO2 poisoning and the effects or the signs of CO2 poisoning so in turn she died within a month under their care because they had her going through intensive 6 days a week radiation and chemotherapy which ultimately made her so sick within a week and a half that she stopped eating and within a month died please please please!!! Go to UCLA or anywhere else besides here. Doctor A h o t  i e is no Specialist or you would have specifically told us the probabilities and the possibilities that could happen when you have such a serious illness and should have checked up on us and her at least every couple days...

It is never fun to have to go through radiation treatment for cancer but AV Cancer Center certainly made a bad situation as good as it could be. The staff was totally excellent and equipment first class. I never had to wait long to be called. The worst part of the whole thing was having to say goodbye to the team. I gifted the team a box of Sees Chocolates but it was inadequate to express my appreciation for their seven week care.
