Very nice and well kept course, played it for my first time on a Monday. My dad and I really enjoyed our time together. First birdie on the 18th hole for me! Thanks to the staff for making it a great experience.

Denied access to play a round golf for the first time in my 9 years of spending money at this establishment. While I was there another client was also denied access to play a round. As we walked out there was another golfer trying to play a solo round and he decided to not go. Took our business elsewhere. The employee blamed it on management instead of accessing the situation and using his best judgement. I've played solo rounds here for over 9 years and have paid for a membership. Over 50 rounds of golf here per year and today one employee left a really bad taste in 3 sepereate patrons mouths within 5 minutes. This course is awesome but no course is nice enough to be treated like your less than because of one individual that works there. Course 5 stars. Employee experience ZERO.

Me and my wife flew in from Florida to attend my sister-in-laws 60th birthday celebration, just to be turned away because of a catastrophic power failure? You have got to be kidding me! How can you host any event without proper redundancy? Where are your standby generators? Why did you send your staff home when you knew power could be restored at any time? Why did you start setting up for Easter brunch when her event should have been going on? Oh, you forgot to mention, the power WAS RESTORED before the event was supposed to start. Your management needs to be replaced with people who have a can-do attitude. No attempt was made to find any solution at all. Clearly, they felt they could make more profit by booting them out. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE!

My aunt booked a celebration for her birthday and it was cancelled last minute. Yes there was a power outage, but we attempted several times to work with the venue to figure out any other option. Kevin, the assistant manager, was not at all helpful to help us figure out an acceptable resolution despite us planning and having family from around the globe join to celebrate after a difficult year in our family. They cancelled at 3pm, offered no acceptable assistance and continually told us nothing could be done as a liability. When we got to the venue to retrieve all our items we set up yesterday, we were told staff would help us collect our things. The power came back on at 4, and what they did was put all our items in the foyer and get their whole staff to start preparing for their Easter brunch tomorrow. It is very clear their priorities are only for their revenue events and the lack of attempt to even work with us to salvage our event at their venue was incredible disheartening. Especially if this is a wedding or important event, look elsewhere to receive quality care and attention.

Business Response on Google Apr 9th, 2024
Hello, we're sorry you were not able to get out on the golf course today but you left out some important context. You were a single golfer without a reservation and were offered the opportunity to join a group that was less than four people. You declined, stating that you wanted to play by yourself. Our staff member informed you there were no available tee times to accommodate your request, and it's not fair to all the other golfers who booked tee times to shove an extra tee time in, whether it's for one golfer or four.
