The receptionists spend all the time talking and taking personal phone calls ,using profanity like someone isn't standing there with their kids and they spend less time answering business calls . I called at least 6 times because they always say that they do not have my kids insurance on record when I am constantly submitting it ! One particular receptionist has a stinky attitude and I don't like her because she is rude and she is ignorant about what her job title consist of. I am disappointed that I had to go to this office three days in a row and they wanted me to continuously come back for an entire week ...never in my entire life have I ever heard of this, this is a clear money grab for a simple fill in my kids had, needless to say after three days I was over it like people do have lives. It is so much more I could say but I won't because there are a few decent people who work here but not enough professionals here to actually make me want to come back this is ridiculous seriously .

They deserve 0/10 worst service, lowest skill in their job. 1. I had a rootcanal, the nesdle broke in my gum and coverted to small pieces they just said this is normal and we do not have specialist to fix it, go some where else . caused me lots of money. 2. Crown they put has significant angel and not perpendicular to my jaw because the way the dentist( if she was dentisr) formed the tooth was wrong. of course they just said sorry we can not do anything. 3. When you have appoinment you still need to wait minimum 30 to 90 mintutes. stay away from this place

Manager Jennifer very unprofessional , very rude if I could have the power to replace that woman I would. Doesnt not know how to communicate so Id recommend a different dental office. Very displeased and disappointed dont waste your time and hard earned money.
