Clinica Medica Mi Famlia De Palmdale

This is by far the worst care I've ever received..ive had a sinus infection for 11 weeks went to see Roberto Guillen P.A as my insurance assigned me to him as my primary care Dr .. I told him about my Infection and he said " what do you want me to do about it " ?? I have never in my life been to a doctor's office this rude and careless .. do not go here if you need good care. Update : november 8 2018 = hospitalized due to severe sinus infection that spread to my jaw and eye socket .. had this dr took care of me in august i wouldnt be in this situation this is the worst care i ever revieved .. come to find out i had a severe infection that spread how could roberto GUILLEN call himself a dr hes a crook!

The one star rating is correct heave the warning of others do not go there, my mother is having a medical issue and he doesn't care or even care to see what the problem is he prescribed over the counter medication like Motrin for issue that are more severe. What a quake of a doctor. See other office for help

Stay away from this place. The P.A-Gulien is just an arrogant a-hole. All they care is about billing your insurance service is bad. We waited an hour and a half even though we where the only ones there and had an appointment. I'm forced to deal with this place because it's my grandmother's PCP but I will soon change that. If I could pay to give them negative stars I would gladly do that

AVOID THIS PLACE!! If you have a CHRONIC condition and need URGENT, COMPETENT, DETAILED and ACCURATE REFERRAL REQUESTS so you can see a specialist, Clinica Medica Mi Familia WILL PUT YOUR HEALTH in DANGER!! DR. R. Guillen is nice, he listens to your concerns, symptom explanations and will examine you, but whoever is doing the referral requests paperwork in this office DOES  NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENT'S  HEALTH or wellbeing and leaves out important information like the fact that it is urgent, the nature of your illness or affliction, the severity of your symptoms, the medications you take and or already tried for a given condition that failed to resolve it in the first place and is thus the reason you are seeking a referral to a specialist! I had my insurance appeals office call the Clinica Medica Mi Familia office to fix the vague, false information and inaccuracies in my urgent referral request which had been denied, so the insurance could reprocess and approve it.The Office Manager Lillian Guillen refused to fix this information over the phone with my insurance! I went physically to Clinica Medica Mi Familia that same day, told them in person that I needed them to simply be more specific in my referral request like the insurance told me. Lilian showed me the referral denial info they had in their office and claimed there was nothing she could do. I pointed out that the information was inaccurate and false, and I simply needed her to correct and add the lacking information. I showed Lilian my prescriptions prescribed by Dr.R. Guillen and reminded her that I already told Dr. R. Guillen in my appointment a week prior that the medication was not working and was in fact making my condition worse!  Every day my condition was getting worse as they delayed my access to a specialist! Still  Lilian did not want to simply correct the errors so I could get my referral approved and insisted I call someone else and file a greivence. I told Lilian I had already filed a grievance with my insurance and the Department of Managed Healthcare and that again, my insurance simply needed her to correct the errors so my referral could be approved! Rather than do this, Lilian called my insurance and asked them to tell me there was nothing she could do, they instead told her again to fix the information, which this time she finally did and my referral was finally approved! That was all it took, Lilian held up my referral for no rational reason! The office manager Lilian Guillen is INCOMPETENT and IRRATIONAL, and has no place in the healthcare profession, office, or anything associated with people's health and having compassion for another human being. Lilian will personally prevent you from seeing the doctor for your appointment because she has some personality flaw and dislikes you for an irrational reason. Lilian will arbitrarily make up a rule/lie about their supposed office policy ON THE SPOT if she does not "like you".Lilian physically prevented me from seeing the doctor for my follow up for no rational reason, yet I was there 5 minutes early for my appointment. When it was time for me to see the doctor, Lilian said I had to reschedule. I asked "why, I am here on timeI, this is my appointment, the doctor is available now, what is the problem? I want to fallow up on my progressingly worse condition and discuss the results of a test I had taken, like a normal fallow up." She claimed my appointment was "not labeled fallowup", I asked who labeled it otherwise and, wanted this' policy PREVENTING me from SEEING my DOCTOR in writing and they did not have it because it is fabricated!  Lilian insisted, despite having NOTHING in writing as proof, that I had to reschedule my appointment because of her fake reason, then she walked away, then returned, but wouldn't leave me alone as I asked the other office staff for writing on this supposed rule! Then after seeing Lilian's irrational and irate determination to prevent me from even just speaking to the doctor for my currently appointment, I asked the other staff to please give me a new appointment asap, and use whatever broad language necessary in my next appointment to prevent this fake rule from wasting my time. I asked the clerk what language was necessary to put on my rescheduled fallowup to prevent any hangups, and asked who put the arbitrary label on my appointment that I know is not part of any policy and no one in the office had an answer. The clerk I was speaking to was repeatedly interrupted by Lilian butting in! I told Lilian, "I am trying to make the new appointment you said I had to so I can be seen by my Doctor and not have my time wasted like today. I am not speaking to you, I am speaking to the clerk making the appointment because you have disrespected me today and I do NOT appreciate it!" Lilian told the clerk to leave her computer and to not give me an appointment! Lilian then said I had to leave! I asked why? I am trying to make an appointment per your demand!"
