We couldn't be happier with our backyard. We recently had a pool built and landscaping was the final touch. Our yard looks like paradise thanks to JJ Landscape. The guys got the work done quickly and they were friendly and easy to work with. The quality of the plants, trees, etc. are top notch.

My husband and I hired JJ Landscape back in 2018 to design and provide constant care for the front and backyard of our rental property. The design was beautiful and we were very happy with the end result. So why only 3 stars? Well... after the job was completed, we found JJ Landscape difficult to work with. When we called to request service beyond the mow, blow and go... they alway had an complicated excuse for the problem which was often followed by a very costly solution. We found them arrogant with an almost "you should be happy we're working with you attitude'. Not pleasant. The final straw came when our tenant purchased a home of her own and moved out of the property. We wanted JJ Landscape to freshen up the front and backyard - replace plants that had died and renew it's curb appeal. We were told they were too busy to do this for us at the moment and that they considered our request to be a new job. We said we've been clients of yours for almost 3 years - how can this be a new job? We told them that if they could not help us then we would consider not using them anymore. Then (in a huff), they quit. Hindsight being 20/20, we're happy it worked out this way. We found a new landscape company. They're talented AND nice to work with. Their response below is a prime example of how condescending and arrogant JJ Landscape can be. Most places would apologetically respond to a bad review and try to make amends. Not these people. Think twice before hiring this company.
