While shopping around for insurance I am constantly nagged by people who are just trying to to sell me the most expensive policy without taking my actual needs into consideration. Armando has been very helpful, he has taken the time to ask me multiple questions and has given multiple quotes with different policy bundles so I can make the best decision. Its nice to know that I would be dealing with him directly on a regular basis for policy questions, issues, or claims as my last insurance agent couldn't be bothered to handle his policies himself and was always pushing me off on to
others in his office that were not helpful.

Mr. Ortiz exhibits professionalism patience and expertise in insurance. He took a mess of a policy, clarify it, answered every question and got me much more coverage for my home and auto for a little less. If you want old fashioned professional insurance with a true professional I highly recommend Armando. Thank you sir!!!

Armando helped me get the right policies which gave me a piece of mind in knowing that I am fully covered for the unexpected. A lot of times you think things are covered for everything and arent so Armando was able to review my company's full scope of work in order to make sure we covered the gaps that my previous insurance agent left in out coverages.
