Brought my vacuum in and drew fixed it in a timely manner, he did an amazing job and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. hes very knowledgeable and was a great experience all around.

My vacuum was not working properly so I googled for vacuum repair and saw that Drew had great reviews. I went to see him and he immediately identified the problem. He showed me the broken part, showed me how to fix it and instructed me to simply order the part online. He didnt even charge me for his instruction and time. He personable, kind and professional. What a refreshing feeling to see that there are still honest business owners out there. Thank you, Drew. I appreciate it.

We came in looking to buy a new machine, but after speaking with him decided to bring in our old one for repair. He got it running in 10 minutes for way less than we would have paid for a new machine! Very knowledgeable and honest, which a combo you can't beat!
