        Do NOT go here! Extremely unfriendly service, parking lot is full. There are many cheaper & better options in palm springs If you want to plug something in the HDMI port of your TV they charge you 300$ for it.

        Nice room and a beautiful pool but the hotel is right next to a busy road, and the road noise can definitely spoil the ambiance.

        Not a fan of this place based on the price. Level of customer service was not of a 4-star hotel. We were denied entry to the hotel because we were early for our check in. Rooms are sub-par.

        Definitely not a 4 star experience - not even close. Expected a lot more for the price. We were denied entry to the hotel grounds because our room wasnt ready yet (to be fair, we arrived prior to the check in time). We had been hoping to at least be able to store our luggage and use the facilities while we were waiting. Ive never had this happen at a hotel, so this was completely unexpected. The room itself was subpar and not what Id expect for a 4 star. The sinks and bathrooms were tiny. The room was very dark. There are so many better options in Palm Springs for the same price.
