        James, Freedom and their team went above and beyond to make my 40th birthday weekend a complete success. From the planning stage, they were fun, professional and their food was delicious. Unsolicited, James stayed an extra 2 hours one night to make a batch of savory sausage pasta to feed our inebriated guests. They left our kitchen cleaner than it was when they showed up. We look forward to doing another event with them soon. I highly recommend.
