FANTASTIC. This is the kind A++++ customer service from a family owned business that you just do not see anymore! Todd the owner called me back SAME DAY even tho he had to return the call after hours. He told me a cheaper and JUST as effective way to do the job which floored me. The team he sent did the work promptly and perfectly and were good guys to boot. HIGHLY recommend this company. Do not bother looking elsewhere - we are just lucky to have them here in Valley. I highly recommend Todd Young, owner of Reliable Roofing by TGY, for any and all of your roofing needs. He is honest, professional, and an experienced roofer that will give you an assessment and work with you to get the job done properly. My in-laws had a hole in their roof due to a swamp cooler issue, with rain storms approaching, and I'm 500 miles away. Just one call to Todd and he responded quickly, assessed the damages, sent a crew out to repair the hole in the roof, communicated and coordinated daily with my husband, followed up with preventive measures, and best of all...my mother-in-law was extremely happy with the work done and the cost. Todd went out of his way to do the job properly, thoroughly, and without delay. He genuinely cares about the customer and provides great service.
