I found the business by searching for the most highly rated insurance/medicare coverage in the Palm Desert area. My goal was to find experienced help signing my husband up for medicare. We enjoyed working with Cindy immensely. She is very knowledgeable & explains things in an easy to understand way. It's a complicated business deciding which medicare parts to sign up for & which will benefit you the most. Cindy was a joy to work with, is easy going & well humored. We enjoyed all of our interactions with her & felt great about the medicare parts we signed up for. It would have been so frustrating without her help. Priceless!

After being referred by a friend, I found Cindy to be personable, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about Medicare. She was kind really took the time to listen to me. She was able to answer all of my Medicare questions. I would highly recommend her. She took all of my fears about Medicare away, explaining things every step of the way. I felt she was right there by my side with continuous follow up during the process.

Cindy was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the Medicare ‘puzzle pieces’. She took the time to explain the different plans, the various providers and the cost differences to appropriately select the plans and providers best suited for my health care requirements.
