Estate Sales by Marilyn

In October I was getting ready to sell my home and downsize. Unfortunately due to Covid traditional Estate Sales were NOT being done. Marilyn came to my home and assisted me in getting prepared. She took photos or all items, large and small that I wished to sell and went to several consignment stores to see what they would take. She then boxed up the small items and took them herself to the consignment store. She also took many paintings in her car to the store as well. Marilyn also advised me about what to do with items I would not take with me and were not wanted by the consignment store. Once I was relocated she periodically sent me a check for the items that sold taking out her reasonable commission. All but one item has been sold, validating her selections. Without any hesitation I would highly endorse having Marilyn do an estate sale. She is sharp, friendly, honest, and without a doubt a pleasure to work with.

Had a great experience with Estate Sales by Marilyn who was recommended by our real estate agent, Nick Collins after my uncle passed away. Marilyn came in and knew exactly what items would sell and their approximate worth. I was particularly surprised by an old sofa that I would have hauled away, but she knew it was valuable, estimating it would sell for around $900. It sold for $1200. Thank you, Marilyn!

I could not have survived an estate sale without Marilyn Irvin! She is very experienced, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. She knows how to price and stage a sale to make it easy for people to buy. Marilyn and her team are a joy to work with and highly recommended!
