Quick and fast service. The manager was very pleasant to work with she help us out on the clothes.
Great customer service here at this location.
Prices are very good, a lot cheaper then regular stores in the mall.

Awful sales service and rude manager Chris. Tried to get assistance, and the women were too busy gossiping about customers behind the register when the store is busy. The manager is rude and gave us a look up and down then walked away she seemed disturbed,def not a good place to be in customer service... Love Jcrew but this is worst Jcrew store to shop at; very tiny w lazy group of women.
