This person name Victor  took the job and said it would take two weeks tops had me put down $5000 upfront. Then it took him over two months to be able to complete the job. Because he kept taking other jobs and he kept pushing mine aside and he kept making everybody else a priority even though he had half of my money

BEWARE these guys are hacks. Nothing was done to code. Attached wall railings using drywall screws. Hired to install a rail for our stairs. Rail came with many dents and really bad paint work very bad quality. These guys are major hacks. Would not recommend. It cost me 3 times more to fix the damage these guys did to my walls and floors. Will be taking them to court.

Well, I had posted a one star record but wondered if someone was ill And that turns out to be the case. Our project is back on track And Jesse is the real deal.

ABANDONED OUR JOB. We hired Jesse and United Iron Works on May 17 to provide some fencing and gates for our yard, and our next door neighbor's. He seemed trusting and assured us he was reliable and would complete the work quickly and professionally. My pregnant wife is due in August and we didn't want to have any outstanding construction issues in the weeks before our August due date. Again, Jesse assured us that "he would have the job finished long before then...". We gave Jesse a check and happily waited for the work. What we got, was incomplete work (see missing section in the photo), and misaligned post (see photo). Really poor work and the other work was never done either! My neighbor is furious and blames us for this mishap. Jesse has "disappeared". He doesn't respond to phone/text messages. We've paid thousands of dollars to him and have been SCAMMED. DO NOT TRUST HIM! We will now pursue every legal action to get our money back. This is no way to treat trusting, paying customers. Our stress levels are way up at a time we were hoping to be focused on the birth of our baby. Unfortunately, we would not recommend him or this business. He seems very nice, but we misjudged his character and have been conned out of our money. Hopefully the Contractor's Board and/or legal action will get this resolved.

I was time crunch on a canopy project for a special birthday occasion. I must have spoken to over ten different vendors without any luck.
