Love, love, love this space, coaches, classes and community. Coach Kriegan and Coach Dawson are amazing. So knowledgeable, encouraging and thoughtful....guiding you through every step. I tore my MCL in my left knee this past fall and they have been helping me get stronger and back on track. I also have severe asthma and this is the first time in my life that I am able to track my heartrate and have a deeper understanding of where and how best to push myself. OTF is great for people at every fitness stage and the entire team here in Pacifica are seriously best of the best. The workouts are constantly changing, surprising and fun. Just go....

I love orange theory. This location is beautiful and the coaches are good. The format gives you just enough attention without the pressure. I love competing with just myself. Tala is awesome. Always a community vibe. The sales process has some gotchas in it so be sure to read the fine print.

My husband and I are so happy we've transferred over to the Pacifica studio after several negative experiences with other OTF studios around the area. The studio is clean and well-maintained. It's also located by the beach so the drive over is really pretty. The classes are fun and challenging. And the staff are great. They actually pick up their phones and get back to you when you leave a message. Unlike other studios who've tried to upsell or overcharge us, the Pacifica staff have always been professional and helpful.
