        Diana the new branch manager is very helpful. I highly recommend this place but ask for her. She will find a solution and get you set up. It’s easy and you get your cash fast. Thank you Diana!

        Sonny, the manager told me that they can do Payday Loans but it will take 30 minutes. So I end up getting there way before the closing time and only 15 minutes after talking to Sonny, only to hear that they’re system was down, and it had just went down 15 minutes ago. The same 15 minutes time span in which I called her. Obviously not wanting to do business and just finish up work there, to close as soon as possible. Poor customer service!

        If you want a payday loan go to CALIFORNIA CHECK CASHING IN SAN BRUNO OR ACE CASH EXPRESS in SF! Do NOT WASTE your time here! They will hit your credit with a payday loan the other 2 companies do not hit your credit. When I arrived here I seen them turn away someone who was trying to cash a check! It is not worth the hard inquiry on your credit. Customer service is mediocre and the lady looked as if she didn’t want to even help. I haven’t had a as a payday loan from this place since 2014 which they took the money from my bank account and it was paid back in full yet I was denied because of credit which I wasn’t even aware it effects your credit so I would say don’t apply for pay day loans here if you don’t want the hard inquiry on credit or your credit isn’t the best! Which makes no sense to check credit off for a payday loan yet they have all my account routing info but for what? You denied me so you don’t need my account info on file! Only if I was getting a payday loan and you needed to get funds to which I owe. This place is horrible. Wasted gas and time ended up going to ACE and was in and out in no time!!!!
