        I just visited this store today and had a great experience.  Dimitri was the representative on duty and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.  Due to a late flurry of customers my own questions pushed us beyond normal store hours but he was happy to continue working with me, even offering to install a new protective glass to my iPhone for me.   I snapped a pic of him as I was leaving, which I'll attach.
