Leon's Transmissions

I am a customer of Leons Transmission in Oxnard California. I dropped my car off to Leons in Oxnard to be looked at. I explained to them that my car was not shifting so that I could drive it. My car would not go further than a block. I had just moved from out of state and I was stressed beyond belief now stranded with no transportation. I thought that I was going to be out of hundreds of dollars that I did not have at all, therefore car less. Leons transmission told me they would look at my car for free and diagnose it. They called me back and said it was just a fuse that was causing the car not to run. To my disbelief they said that my car is ready to be picked up and that I did not owe them anything. I felt like crying. I could not believe that there were still honest helpful Machanics out there. Leons Transmission blessed me and my family tremendously just by their complete honesty. I am so grateful for them. I would recommend anyone to them. They are so honest and not looking to charge people but just to help people. Yvette, the lady that helped me over the phone listened to every concern I had and was so polite and professional. She was an amazing person and helped me to no that during this horrible time of trying to move and my car breaking down that there are still people and businesses that are there to help you. To anyone looking for a honest Machanic you can definitely trust and rely on Leons Transmission. They were a life saver for me and my family. Service: Transmission
