This company has given me a whole new outlook on singing and animated toys, I even have a whole collection of this company’s lovable items Edit: Does anyone have a Chloe Bear from 2006 that was made by this company? I would love to have one, and have been looking for a while and have not found one yet

I bought a chantilly lace 15inch willy jumping duck in April of 2018 and saved it for my niece's first Easter. I had bought one for my daughter when she was little and she loved it. This Easter I went to open the box and set up her toy and it was defective. Immediately the legs kick and make a very noisy sound. They don't stop kicking until you remove a battery. I was hoping to resolve this through Amazon, where I had bought it, but they said that your company would not honor this since it was slightly over a year since the purchase. I would like a rep[acement, not a refund and hope that you will make this right. I have a video to show you if you would send me a way to get it to you if necessary. I don't want to post it on the Amazon review page. I would rather resolve this between us.

The owner is crooked, hired an inexperience girl with the initial A. C. stole money out of my paycheck and fixed her paycheck to where she got more money when she worked Less hours she also would tell the owner that I was not working when my work was recorded in the computer. worst place I've ever worked, certain co-workers were amazing and still friends with some of them today, problem was the accounting everybody was getting money stolen out of their paychecks plus there was also company money theft, the owner knew about it but he did nothing. Worst of all he actually hired a 500 pound person who would eat extra large pizzas all day and then sleep at her desk and she was in charge of MY PAYCHECK! It was really a gross experience I'm glad this place is closed it deserved everything it got.

The toy bunny arrived broken. None of the business phone numbers work. Do not waste your time or money on products from this company.
