The first time I needed to replace a water heater, I did it myself. It was fine, but there are so many little details of which I wasn't aware -- is the exhaust pipe double-wall or single-wall, how many bolts connect the pipes, do you need to replace the old fittings... There's more to it than I could have known. Probably due to some of the choices I made, a few years later we were having the pilot light go out pretty regularly, and that's no fun. This time, we hired these guys, and everything was done to a much higher standard than I could have achieved in spite of my efforts. They are super-professional and straightforward, and Anthony did a fantastic job of communicating everything that was being done. Highly, highly recommend!
