The service for this being a Cardiology center is absolutely atrocious. Youll probably die before they can get you a follow up, not to mention theyll reschedule it 10 -15 times the day before. Save yourself the frustration if you can.

you guys keep rescheduling my appointment over and over if I honestly had a serious trouble with my heart you guys would be getting sued already horrible service just horrible

If I was ever in the ER, I would be so lucky to get a Dr as good as Dr Schmidt, however as his patient under his care at his office it sucks. Long wait times, office staff calls the day before to change your Appointment and you have to wait 6- 9 weeks to get it rescheduled. This happened for a 3rd time in a row to me today and I give up. I need to be under care and will probably take a turn for the worst while waiting to get in again. I actually had to drive over and pick up my Echo test results and take it to another doctor to get the results explained to me.
Terrible office staff they just dont care. Like I said, Dr Schmidt is top notch doctor but go
Somewhere else if you need follow up care

My grandmother is wheelchair bound, so it costs her $170 for transportation. On the day of her appointment which I made sure she was at, I was told that Dr Wang had an emergency at the hospital so we had to reschedule. No other doctor could see her. Although I do not believe it since they tried to get us to come in earlier the day before, I respondedfor a telephoneappointment. Luckily the transportation took some pity on us and charged $95 instead. Now I'm waiting for a telephone appointment and it looks like Dr Wang is going to be a no show again. We better not be charged for this.
