I have to revise my review- I heard back from manager and was very satisfied with the resolution. Thank you for that! Buyer beware - I am very dissatisfied - unclear ordering process with respect to dimensions. I called because I received the wrong size and customer service rep was rude and not helpful. I asked to speak to a manager and she assured me someone would call next day. That was over a week ago and still waiting on a call.

I ordered a large custom floor register for my 1860's home. I wanted something special to fit the time period of the home and Pacific Register delivered! After several patient consultations with me to get it right, it arrived and was just what I expected. The craftsmanship is beautiful. The entire experience with Pacific Register was well managed.
