Worst experience with insurance company ever. Avoid at all cost. Literally my entire family was insured by Raquel but we all left bc of lack of customer service and attention. She never calls or does any of the business herself, she always has her employees do everything and they do a horrible job. Raises your rates without even reaching out to you and does a horrible job overall. Go else where if you’re looking for insurance bc you will regret your decision if you’d decide To work with Raquel Gomez.
