The Sunshine House team did an incredible job on our move out cleaning. Their communication, attention to detail and speed was unparalleled in our 3BD 2BA. Their price was also one of the best in the city. I wouldn't look anywhere else for the job.

I rarely post reviews and never give 5 star ratings because its reserved for the best. Ericka and sunshine cleaning have been able to set the benchmark for customer service. I have never had a relationship with a company that I trust more than Ericka. We all make a choice on who we choose to service our homes but can you really trust them? Thanks Ericka!

Used them to clean my vacation rental for approx 2 years. I would visit the property fairly regularly, and always had concerns. Ericka would always assure me that she would talk to her staff, and I always thought things would improve. The ladies would come, eat their lunch and do a decent basic clean. Anything beyond that was never accomplished. They came in with low ball prices, and I offered to pay more, because I had higher expectations. Ericka gladly accepted my more generous pay, however 2 woman for 2 hours, nothing more, nothing less was pretty much the norm. As time went on, I think she got to busy, and even with guest same day changeovers, the y'd showed up later than expected.
