It is understandable that you would face many obstacles when a store is closing, but hours of operation are posted on the door, and they are closing  so much earlier! It is also like a sauna in the store. You lose weight just standing in line. The customer service is very poor.  Just get there early to get the bargains, or you will be locked out!

The store is closing in Oxnard , the cashiers were so rude!!! The l8ne was big and 3 cashiers in front and 1 was on her cell phone. Other was sorting hangers and they were ignoring customers!! The cashiers have always been rude so its good they are closing.

If you try to return clothes that don't fit they don't give you your money back. Instead they give you store credit they also don't have changing rooms.

today i went to the oxnard store . i bought a shirt .the cashier there put the shirt i bought in the smallest bag they had, a bag for something small like socks or glasses. i asked her for a bigger bag for the 3x t-shirt i bought. she would not give me a bigger bag. she said no what do i want a bigger bag for the shirt fits in it. the shirt barely fit in it.  when i took it out of this little bag the shirt was all wrinkled. . i asked her what her name was she would not tell me instead she keep saying to the person behind me i can ring u up now. when i asked to speak to  the manager or her supervisor she said she was the manager. found out on my receipt this employees name is yazmin. when i left the store i called and asked to speak to the manager and she hung up on me . the person to answer the phone was yazmin.
