        Poor communication skills. Doctors neglect the patients rights on how the patient received medical attention. Doc Jobe and Dr Brown had poor communications and the nurses that work for them was just as bad. I put a complaint in with my insurance to find out that 20+ individuals have filed the same month. I spoke to the director and she was defiant , over powering my voice basically telling at me being defiant. I am of color and don't understand this clinics antics.

        Been there three times with an appointment, everytime waited over an hour and a half to get to a room. Perhaps someone else should do scheduling.

        One of the worst places you can ever go to dr. Ellie Brooks is one of the worst doctors in Oroville she shouldn't even be a Doctor she she be fired for not listening to her clients!
