Got assigned National Plumbing through AHS to fix an issue with a bathtub faucet. The diverter that made water go to the roman shower head was not working properly and half of the water was still coming out of the faucet. On top of that the faucet had a constant dripping leak.
They fixed both issues. It did take two trips from them and almost 2 months total, but they were friendly in every communication, professional on site, and did the work well and quickly. The delay was not on their end, but on the end of the manufacturer that sent the part. The first time they came out they fixed the roman shower head issue, and attempted to fix the leak, but the leak came back. They did a follow up for the leak, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the replacement part for my exact faucet once I told them the model number. The manufacturer sent the replacement part to the wrong address the first time. The second time it arrived directly to my house, and then they came out and within 15 minutes had installed the new part and also showed me the part that was being removed and where it was broken.
Highly recommend them based on the service I received.
I am glad that I did not submit a ticket to AHS until a company that had good reviews showed up. All the other contractors that were going to be assigned before I approved it had massive amounts of 1 star reviews.

Quickly booked an appointment, called ahead, arrived on time, replaced bathtub fixture with no complications or delays. Beat any Visalia plumbers hands down.

My home warranty dispatched nation plumbing to me after my water heater went out. They came and said it was an additional $400 plus for modifications on top of installation cost and the water heater. They said I needed, straps, the 2 feet of pvc and a valve. That was 400+ for those 3 things ok. After install they didnt even install the straps or no valve. This company will overcharge you and lie to you. Never again horrible company.

Not worth one star been having problems with them trying to fix 2 leaking toilets for 2 weeks did still haven't completed the yask
