        Tech support is not great. New router requires registration before it will work, Ann's typically you need a working router right up until the disable the old one. Not all browsers present the registration screen, maybe pop-ups need to be enabled? Support couldn't say. Three days of waiting on hold, requesting a call back, not always getting the callback, being forwarded to tier 2 short and going thru it all, all over again. Third time in, the call back can two days after I had to leave town. Clearly they are short staffed and their processes need some improvement.
