We have had so many issues with trying to get the property managers to fix our pool and now our AC… very non responsive, it’s 107 outside and our AC is out of Freon … they have to call the owner to get approval first to put in Freon !!!! Well since the owners are not responding I guess we are screwed and have to wait until they do… from past experience they won’t respond and we will suffer. This management company has big issues… our advice is to stay far away as they won’t fix anything or repair anything by themselves it has to be ok’d first by owner of property… which lives out of town

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. (Peak Residential is the same company) don't let this trick you!
This company will take your fees, approve your application, wait until you've transfered your application to several other available houses only to find a discrepancy and inconvenience you terribly!
No way should any company who verifies and approve your application should find a discrepancy so far in the pre approved process.
Very unprofessional email sent to me stating that I needed to submit a business address because when they looked it up it was a home, like professional successful offices are not ran from home! I informed them how I'm confused to ask this so far late in the pre approved application process and confirmed the info. They returned my email the next day asking for 6 months of bank statements..... Remember, I've already went through 3 houses prior before "owner" choosing another applicant. I have the info available but NO WAY!!! I will not be inconvenienced or discriminated against based off someone's personal discrepancy.
This info should've been asked at the very beginning (April) of the application process. I've been blessed with a home already but RUN! save your application fees and inconvenience!
