These people are crooked. I refinanced and they are jerking around on my escrow refund. I asked for it to be wired to my bank account. Can't do that. I asked that it be sent certified mail couldn't do that. I received my escrow statement mailed the same day my check was mailed but mysteriously never received the actual check. You can not speak with anyone except a CS who have standard responses which are worthless. Don't do it do not use this company for your mortgage they're crooked.
