I was checked in and seen within an hour. Staff was very kind and professional. I appreciated Dr. Khanal, she took her time to listen to me and never rushed through the appointment.
I will return for future urgent care needs. Thank you!

****Recent visit update****
Took my wife today to urgent care 11/16/2023, what a pleasant experience, we were done in an hour. KP have extended urgent care to bldg. A third floor. My wife received the attention she needed and a nurse practitioner prescribed her medications. With this visit, I have changed my 1 star to 5 stars. I was really happy to see KP take steps to accommodate patients in their urgent care.

Very disappointed, came here at urgent care for my son at 6:20pm and I was turned away that they are at full capacity. Urgent care time is from 9am to 9pm. Shame on them. They should have the courtesy to put something on their site that this location is full at the moment and ask patients to go to another location.
Kaiser never fails to not charge me for their services every month, but do refuse to provide during allotted time.
***Update***Solution***
So this same scenario happened again, but this time it was 430pm when we were turned away. One RN explained us to come 730am next day, they hand out queue numbers and at 830am you get checked in. So we did and at 9am we were in the examination room waiting for the urgent care doctor.

Update I shouldve learned my lesson I took my 10 month old ( closest hospital) he turned blue in front of the nurses and doctor his o2 was 88 they put the machine with their finger and said it changed to 99 no way when it was 88, 82 . Then while my son is blue they have the nerve to tell me to keep my appointment and to come back if he turns blue again how are you guys not shut down yet
I have so much bad to say but Ill kept it short dont take your kids here I had to take my oldest and youngest here 3 times in less then a week for them to give my asthmatic son medicine to help him . As for my youngest being 8 months they did a chest x ray and never called me once with his results being his results showed small airway disease and never gave him medicine for breathing treatments . How do you keep results like that from a mother and how are you ok with not giving a child medicine . Also how is it I had to make a phone appointment to get said results and then you while looking at my sons chart get his age and gender wrong calling him a girl and saying hes 6 months old . Then how do you give a 8 month old an inhaler ( hes clearly to little to use one ) instead of the medicine through the machine and then your so mad about me calling you guys out that you remove him from kiaser with no explanation. Dont take your kids here take them to loma linda nstead they will actually help your kids

Wish I could do 0 stars, Kaiser is terrible , and I keep forgetting to NEVER select them at open enrollment, so frustrating to never get an appointment and never get care, it's actually rather sick!!
